UK Restructuring Plan timeline

New Fortress Energy has entered into a Restructuring Support Agreement (“RSA”) with its creditors as part of a consensual UK Restructuring Plan (“UK RP”), in what is expected to be one of the largest transactions of its kind to date. Under the UK RP, creditors will exchange existing NFE debt for a combination of new debt, common equity, and preferred equity.
