ENERGY FILLED STORY

We're open
for business

Today marks the start of commercial operations at our LNG facility in the Port of San Juan!

PR Terminal - Night

Natural gas is now available to Units 5 and 6 of Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority's (PREPA) San Juan Combined Cycle Power Plant; these units were converted from diesel to natural gas and have now been fully commissioned! The conversion will significantly reduce emissions and save PREPA an estimated $750 million on fuel costs over five years.

Thanks to the hard work and dedication of our team and partners, we were able to develop the facility and begin operations just 13 months after contract signing. The 2.7MM gallons per day facility also features multiple truck loading bays.

The completion of our terminal infrastructure opens endless potential power opportunities across the island, from large-scale conversions to small-scale customers, from temporary power to new builds. We are uniquely positioned to serve these growing power needs with advantaged logistics. We’re excited to help build a brighter and cleaner Puerto Rico, powered by positive energy!
