Today we are excited to feature two extraordinary mothers. These women embody what it means to lead with positive energy, balancing meaningful careers with the powerful role of motherhood.
Meet Coralis

With 17 years of experience in Human Resources, Coralis Perez Martinez has built a career rooted in supporting people. From benefits and HR systems to payroll, her journey has led her to her current role as an HR Business Partner, an opportunity she describes with gratitude and pride.
For Coralis, Mother’s Day is a time to reflect on the love, strength, and sacrifices that define motherhood. It’s a meaningful moment to honor the role mothers play in shaping lives and values.
Her own mother has been a guiding force, instilling in her the importance of respect, honesty, compassion, and hard work, principles she now passes on to her child. Meet Dulce
“Knowing that by pursuing my own goals, I am teaching my son the value of dedication and hard work.” - Dulce Ledesma, Intercompany & Billing Accounting Analyst
Dulce Ledesma brings over a decade of experience in billing and financial operations to her role at NFE, where she manages the full invoicing lifecycle for key projects across Mexico. Since joining in 2024, she has played a critical role in supporting financial processes with precision and care.
For Dulce, Mother’s Day is both a celebration and a reminder of the dual roles she proudly holds as both a professional and a mother. She sees her career as an opportunity to lead by example, showing her 13-year-old son the value of dedication, perseverance, and hard work.
Inspired by her own mother’s strength and resilience, Dulce carries forward lessons of persistence, love, and patience. These values shape not only her parenting, but also how she shows up each day.
“Being aware that my son is growing up with consciousness of my role in life and at work makes me feel empowered, knowing that I am raising a man with integrity, who respects equality and values” she shares.
She celebrates with her family through simple but meaningful moments, dinners, movies, and time spent together, recognizing the importance of pausing to appreciate the life they’ve built.
She encourages her son to “never give up, always do your best in life and in tasks, move forward, be nice to others and to yourself, be true to yourself, allow yourself to make mistakes and learn from them, don´t forget where you come from and what you can achieve.”
