As we welcome 2026 with positive energy, we’re proud to reflect on another impactful year for New Fortress Energy and to recognize the dedication of our global team.
In 2025, we continued to deliver cleaner, more affordable, and more reliable energy to communities around the world that need it most. We successfully completed the sale of our Jamaica assets and operations to Excelerate Energy, while continuing to advance our LNG shipping strategy with the execution of a three-year charter for the Energos Freeze and a five-year charter for the Energos Winter. We also achieved First Fire at the CELBA 2 Power Plant, marking a key milestone in expanding reliable power generation in Brazil. In Puerto Rico, we received approval for a milestone agreement with the government to support long-term gas supply, reinforcing our commitment to energy security for the island.
Our Fast LNG installation continued to operate above its nameplate capacity of 1.4 MTPA, demonstrating the strength and reliability of our innovative offshore LNG solution. Beyond our operations, we remained deeply committed to the communities we serve through our foundation, providing educational resources, meals, workforce development programs, and critical relief where it’s needed most.
