Meet Christianne

A chemical engineer with 15 years of environmental expertise, Christianne Parry has spent the last four years leading health, security, safety, environment, and quality efforts at our Barcarena terminal in Pará, Brazil. Her deep knowledge and calm determination help ensure safe and sustainable operations that bring reliable energy to area communities.
To Christianne, Mother’s Day is a chance to honor the women who gave the gift of life, and to strengthen the bonds between mothers and their children. She is grateful for the loving relationship and support her mother has nurtured.
“My mother showed me the responsibilities and care needed for the challenge of motherhood,” she shares.
In her own home, Christianne finds inspiration in her son’s growth and happiness. “I feel empowered when I see my son achieving his goals and following the values I’ve passed on to him,” she says. She cherishes the annual Mother’s Day lunch she enjoys with her mother, sisters, son, and niece.
At work, Christianne appreciates NFE’s family-forward approach. “I value our empathy, with flexible hours and psychological support that help working moms like me thrive.”
Her advice to her son? Stay humble. Honor people. Keep the lines of communication open. It's a simple yet powerful philosophy rooted in love and legacy.
Meet Rajitha
“I feel most empowered when I can balance my personal and professional goals.” – Rajitha Bollapelly, Senior Network Engineer
Rajitha Bollapelly ensures that NFE’s systems stay strong and connected across global sites. Leveraging her master’s degree in electrical and communications engineering, she designs, configures, and troubleshoots networks while managing vendor partnerships and complex contracts.
Rajitha sees Mother’s Day as a sacred moment to count blessings.
“It’s an opportunity to thank our mothers for their strength and sacrifices,” she says. “Even today, my mom’s love and positivity remain as strong as ever.”
Her own Mother’s Day celebration includes heartfelt letters from her children and a family dinner full of joy.
“I feel most empowered when I can balance my personal and professional goals,” she says, “when my kids show kindness, even during difficult times, and when I take care of my family.”
She believes the best companies set an example — both through career development and compassion, allowing mothers to grow while serving as role models to future generations.
Rajitha strives to give her own children a positive example through her words of encouragement.
“I tell my kids to prioritize their health, because if we have good health everything else will follow,” she explains. “I also tell them to be kind, as we all wear a mask and may not realize the challenges that others face.”
